My crafty side coming out

It has been an extremely long time since I have posted anything on here so I though it was about time. I recently made a little memorial thing for my grandpa that passed away on St. Patrick's Day this year. I'm sorry the picture is small and you can't see all the details but pretty much it is just a picture of my grandpa with my cousin and myself sitting on his lap. In the middle of the page is the prayer card and the bottom piece of paper is the obituary. It's framed so I can hang it in my room. I will have another one on the way because unfortunately my other grandpa passed away just about a month ago.


On a different note...I came across a poem I wrote last year sometime and I thought I would share it on here and see what everyone thinks of it.

We once were close or at least I thought so,

Now things have changed and I am nothing to you.

I've shed my tears and I've felt the pain,

Now all that's left is to end this thing.

I've made the scars and now I'll remember

All the things we've been through and all the times we had together.

Our friendship meant the world to me,

And it seemed like nothing to you.

I thought I finally found someone to say is my best friend,

But I guess it was completely untrue.

I'm sorry for everything I have ever done to hurt you,

But this time I'm sticking up for me and saying good-bye to you.
